Additional Fees to the Products

[Shipping fees]

800 yen (incl. tax) per address, anywhere in Japan. Free shipping if the total of your purchase is more than 6,000 yen (incl. tax).

[Payment fees]

The customer will pay for the admin fee if they would like to use wire-transfer through　Japan Post Bank or other banks.

 

Cancellation

You may cancel the order if it’s before the shipment. Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel. Please understand we do not accept cancellations once the order is shipped out.

 

Shipment Timing

Unless we are out of stock, we ship out within 5 business days. (If you’d like to wire-transfer, we ship out within 5 business days after we confirm the payment.) Please understand there may be a delay due to a temporary influx of orders.

If we don’t have the product in stock, we will contact you and will ship it out as soon as the good arrives. We will notify you of the date then.

There may be a few days of difference in delivery depending on weekends, national holidays, long holidays, and end/beginning of the year.

Return and Exchange of Defective Product

In limited case of the product being defective, broken, missing elements, or wrong, we accept return with the shipping fee covered by Sion Inc. Please contact us within a week after delivery. We do not accept returns without notification.

Although, if the product was damaged or stained during the delivery, we will examine and confirm with the delivering person as a witness, and accept exchange or return. Please keep the original package until the confirmation.

Please understand that we do not accept a return or exchange due to the customers’ personal reasons.

 

Return Shipping Fee
