| The “Singing Rin” is a new instrument, which was created through the integration of the Tibetan and Indian “Singing Bowl” and the traditional Japanese Buddhists' musical instrument, “Rin”. “Singing Bowls” have been used for over 5000 years among esoteric Buddhists in Himalayas of Nepal, Tibet and India to facilitate healing and meditation.
The “ Singing Rin ” sounds vibrate powerfully as harmonic tones in your body.
By just listening to the sounds, the brain waves record changes from beta waves (frequencies greater than 12 Hz that occur while awake) to alpha waves (frequencies in the range of 8 to 12 Hz which occur during meditation) and even to theta waves (low frequencies of between 4 and 8 Hz that occur during deep meditation).
In principal, the human spirit, mind and body should vibrate in harmony. However, when you are ill or stressed, your energy and body vibrations became chaotic creating inharmonic tones that cause conflict.
By resonating with the “ Singing Rins” vibration, your spirit, mind and body are tuned back into the original harmonious state. Consequently, activity in the right sphere and left sphere of the brain return to equilibrium and the body, mind and spirit can regain a state of relaxation and peace, resulting in spontaneous healing being reinforced. “Singing Rin” also facilitates meditation more easily and helps concentration, activates creativity and imagination. Moreover, it also strengthens the immune systems and internally revitalizes your body and spirit. |
